Veterans Day to be Marked with Special Events at Nixon Library

Foundation will commemorate those who served.

WHAT
The Richard Nixon Library and Foundation will mark Veterans Day and remember the fallen with a moving program in the Library’s White House East Room. Keynote remarks will be delivered by former National Security Advisor Robert “Bud” McFarlane, who served in the White Houses of Presidents Nixon, Ford and Reagan.

The ceremony will include a formal presentation of the colors by the U.S. Marine Corps and patriotic musical performances, and will be followed by a spectacular musical presentation performed by the noted 90-member Placentia Symphonic Band.

Library admission is free all day.
