WHAT
The Presidents Day program will include Presidential lookalikes, educational and family-friendly programming, and free admission to the Library with an opportunity to tour the new Richard Nixon Centennial exhibit. The first 100 guests will enjoy a complimentary slice of cherry pie.
The actors that will portray George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Teddy Roosevelt are educators and will speak about their historic Presidencies.
The highly visual Richard Nixon Centennial exhibit will feature the most important and influential aspects of the 37th President’s life. Guests will “walk in RN’s shoes” as they’re guided through the five key chapters of President Nixon’s life that define his legacy, How American, In the Arena, Creating a Just Society, Peacemaker of His Time, and Global Elder Statesman.
