The Richard Nixon Foundation with its agency partners KTStewart and Pinkston Group was honored with Gold at the 2017 SABRE Awards. Presented by The Holmes Report, the SABRE Awards celebrate superior achievement in branding and engagement. The winners were announced in New York City on May 2, 2017.
The Foundation was awarded the Gold SABRE in the category of “Education and Cultural Institutions” for the campaign “It’s Time to Take Another Look at Richard Nixon.” This campaign launched the opening of the new Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in October 2016. More than 75,000 visitors have enjoyed the museum’s 70 new major exhibits, 30 unique multi-media experiences and more than 300 artifacts since it opened.
“This campaign has brought tens of thousands to Yorba Linda to experience the all-new interactive museum,” said Bill Baribault, President and CEO of the Richard Nixon Foundation. “We are proud of this recognition and the fact that people are discovering how the 37th President shaped our world today.”
The SABRE Awards, created by public relations trade journal The Holmes Report, showcases and celebrates the best content and engagement work in North America. The SABRE Awards attract close to 5,000 entries globally each year.
