What a celebration!
Last night the Richard Nixon Foundation presented Governor Pete Wilson with the Champion of the American Dream Award.
Hundreds of Governor and Mrs. Wilson’s friends and former staffers gathered at the Nixon Library to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Wilson’s inauguration as California’s 36th Governor and the 50th anniversary of his becoming Mayor of San Diego.
Guests watched a video highlighting Governor Wilson’s career and then heard from the man himself.
