The interview covers his tenure as Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity, Counsellor to the President and Ambassador to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
Of Richard Nixon’s legacy, Rumsfeld credits the 37th President for opening China, bringing top talent to government and the emergence of the all-volunteer military.
