Technologist, entrepreneur, philanthropist and former Google Chairman & CEO Eric Schmidt will visit the Nixon Library to talk about artificial intelligence and the emerging technology’s future implications on foreign policy, defense policy and medicine.
Schmidt is a co-author of Genesis: Artificial Intelligence, Hope, and the Human Spirit, along with the late Dr. Henry Kissinger, President Nixon’s Secretary of State and National Security Advisor; Genesis is their second collaboration on artificial intelligence as well as Dr. Kissinger’s final book. Microsoft’s Craig Mundie is an additional co-author.
Schmidt will discuss his friendship with Dr. Kissinger and share the diplomat’s vision for leveraging AI to foster a more peaceful world in the 21st century and beyond.
