Steve Hilton is an entrepreneur, political commentator, and bestselling author. He was born in the U.K. to Hungarian parents who were refugees from communism. After attending Oxford University, he was Head of Strategy for former Prime Minister David Cameron. He worked in 10 Downing Street as senior advisor before moving to the U.S. in 2012, settling in Silicon Valley. After teaching at Stanford University, he joined Fox News as host of The Next Revolution, and now regularly offers political and tech industry expertise across all Fox News Media platforms.
In Hilton’s newest book, Califailure, Hilton discusses how California used to pride itself as the home of innovation and opportunity and became the state with the worst rate of poverty, highest unemployment, and most hostile business climate in America—as well as the highest taxes.
