The nine-acre Nixon Library is a one-of-a-kind filming and production location. The campus captures Washington DC’s unique style and architecture 4.5 miles outside of the 30-mile LA studio zone.
Filming Production Specs & Information:
- Located 4.5 miles outside of LA’s 30-mile studio zone, within the LA Secondary Studio Zone
- City permits are not required for filming
- Shooting locations include a replica of the White House East Room, Presidential Meeting Room and multiple indoor meeting and event spaces
- Extensive gardens, outdoor lawn amphitheater, and 120 foot-long reflecting pool.
- Easy access and load-in to shooting locations
- Extra space for video village, production, talent, hair/makeup, and craft services
- 100,000 square foot parking lot on-site for trucks, equipment, trailers and crew. Overflow parking available across the street
